If you would like to add students to a club / activity without sending booking forms then this can be done by checking your chosen club, then selecting ‘Eligible students’, either select all, or select your chosen students. You can use the filter system to find your chosen students. Please note that once you select a student you will need to add them to your club immediately as when you clear the current filter, it clears all students you have selected.
Once you have selected your chosen students, click ‘Actions’ > ‘Add to club’. your students will then be added to the club / activity register.
