Who needs a Squad in Touch account?

An individual will only need a Squad in Touch account if they would like to receive push notifications and be able to send absence reports. The app is great to have if you are using Squad in Touch for your schools sports and whole school extra -curricular activities.

As long as you provide Squad in Touch with your schools contacts list (ensure your school has the permission to share data – if you would like to see our GDPR documentation please get in touch) then you will still be able to send messages to users who do not have a Squad in Touch account.
