How Can We Help?


Who do users receive messages from

  • Emails – Users will receive emails from your chosen sender name and email address which would have been decided when setting up your communications platform, this could be a noreply@schooldomain email or one of the staff members email address. Please note it will need to be a valid email as we will require permission to be granted.

  • Push notifications – Users will receive push notifications from Squad in Touch as it comes directly to their app, however these notifications will be composed by you.

  • SMS messages – The message will come from your school name.
