Who to send your message too

You can send a message to anyone within your contact list on Squad in Touch, you can see how to add your contacts in a separate how to guide (INPUT LINK HERE – EDITING STUDENTS).

You can assign users tags so that you can select a group of contacts quickly and easily, for example you could have a tag for ‘French trip 2021’, you can also select all students from a certain year group(s). Providing a user has an email address within you account you will be able to send them a message.

Please note that to enable you to send an email to a user a email address will need to have been added, to send a push notification a user will need to have the Squad in Touch app and to end an SMS message you will need to have SMS sending enabled on your account and also a number will need to have been added to the contact.
