Who can view events/fixtures
Each role can perform different actions based around any fixtures and events that are created
School Admin
The school Admins on the account can view and manage all events / fixtures without any limitations
School Manager
The school Managers on the account can view and manage all events / fixtures without any limitations
Teacher
Teachers have two options based on how the school is set up:
Option One: Selected Sports
When a Teacher signs up for a role they can requested to be linked to a specific activity / sport, or Admins and Managers can manage their role to only include certain activities / sport, there is no limitation to the number of activities they are linked to. Their calendar will then only show fixtures and events that are related to the sports / activities they have been linked to. If they are not linked to any activity / sport they will be able to see the full calendar.
Option Two: Their events
This option is more of a personalised approach to the calendar, the Teacher will only be able to view events they have been tagged in. If you would like to see how to tag a Member of Staff / Coach in an event then you can see how to in the guide about adding details to your fixture / event. LINK
Coach
Teachers have two options based on how the school is set up:

Option Two: Their events

Parent
A Parent can only view events and fixtures that a student they have been linked to has been added to the fixture or event team sheet. They will see other student names in limited format, they will be able to see any students they are linked to as their full name, however other students will be shown in the limited format you have set up on your account, either first name and first letter of their surname, or just by initials.
If a Parent would like to see a full list of all events and fixtures taking place within your school then they can view the limited details on your Squad in Touch public website, see more about your public website in the relevant guide. LINK
Student
A Student can only view events and fixtures where they have been added to the fixture or event team sheet.
