Booking onto a Team Tournament
Please note in this manual we will be using Cross Country as an example, however this is relevant to all individual tournaments including but not limited to; Athletics, Swimming.
Go to your area Squad in Touch website and click the BOOK ONLINE option which will then redirect you to the log in page. If you want more information surrounding the tournament prior to booking on then you can select the Event Information option, providing the tournament organiser has added details and / or uploaded downloadable documents you will find it here.
If you have multiple roles on the platform (for instance, if you are your school admin and a tournament organiser admin at the same time), please ensure you log in using your school admin role.
Select the BOOK ONLINE option which will then book you onto the tournament, here you will be able to se how many spaces are available to book and also the maximum number of teams one school can bring. Once you have clicked the Book Online option you will then be directed to your tournament teams page, this will enable you to Edit Team Players (add or amend your team sheet) or Edit Team (edit your team name). If you’re not ready to add your team sheet or would like to edit it at a later date you can do this from the TOURNAMNTS section of your Squad In Touch account.
