Sending consent requests

To send a consent request go into the fixture and select ‘Actions’ > ‘Send consent requests’

A few things to keep in mind;

1. If you have sent consent requests out to parents and then add someone new to the team and would like to send a consent request to them, you can do it in the same way as above as consent requests won’t be sent more than once to each user for the fixture.
2. If a user does not have a Squad in Touch account when you send the consent request, however they then sign up you will need to send them consent requests as they will not have ones waiting for them when they sign up.
3. Clicking on the ‘manage questions’ enable you to select which questions you would / wouldn’t like to send.
