Sending booking forms for an individual club

This is from console.squadintouch If you would like to send booking forms you can do it either for multiple clubs or one club on it’s own. If you would like to send additional booking questions with your booking form then you can only do this when sending for an individual club.

Multiple clubs

• Select the clubs you would like to send booking forms for;
• Click ‘Actions’;
• Send ‘Invitations.

The booking forms will then go to all eligible students

Individual clubs

• When sending for an individual club you can either select all eligible students using the checkbox at the top of the page, or select specific students;
• Once selected click ‘Actions’
• Send ‘Messages’;
• Once you have clicked this if you have any additional questions you will be able to manage them here and select which questions you would / would’t like to send.

The booking forms will then go to all eligible students who fit the criteria.
