Booking form responses and adding students to clubs

You can view booking form responses from two places, again the below relate to either the new platform and the old;

  • To view them from the new platform you can go to ‘Clubs’ > ‘Invitations’ from here you will see all the responses to the booking form of either ‘Accepted’ or ‘Rejected’ and the priority options they have selected. From here you can then select students and use the ‘Actions’ button to add them to the respective club.
  • If you would like to view responses from your clubs template then you can do this by selecting the club and then clicking on ‘Booking’ when you click on each students you will see responses to your specific questions at the bottom of the screen.

  • To view responses from the club you will need to go into the club from the ‘Clubs’ tab and click on ‘Students’ from here you can see the responses of either accepted / rejected / pending / not sent. Please note priority numbers won’t be available from this platform. You can then add students by selecting them and moving them to the left hand box.
