Updating student data without MIS

If you have not integrated Squad in Touch with your MIS database then it is your schools responsibility to either let Squad in Touch know that the data has changed or edit the information yourself;

• Go to the ‘Users’ section and select ‘Students’, using the filter system, search for your specific chosen student and then click the check box next to their name, you will see all of their information at the bottom of the screen, click ‘Edit’ and this will enable you to change any information you need to. To edit Emergency contact information click on the ‘Next of Kin’ tab.
• Alternatively, if you have access to the sports platform (app.squadintouch.co.uk) then you can edit student information from here by going to ‘School’ > ‘Students. You can use the magnifying glass to search for your chosen student and then using the ‘Edit’ button, edit students information.
