Extra-Curricular Activities Reports
Aggregated Club Participation Report
An aggregated report showing number of students taking part in clubs and activities across age groups within the period.
To get to this report you will need to:
Go to Clubs > Actions > Reports > Aggregated Club Participation Report
Club Attendance
An aggregated report showing the dates of a selected club taken place within a chosen period. Showing if an individual student was absent / present each session.
To get to this report you will need to:
Go to Clubs > Select your chosen club > Actions > Reports > Club Attendance
Participation Statistics by Clubs
View the number of students participating in specific clubs overall and based on gender. Select also if you would like to view PP and SEN data.

Participation Statistics by Students for selected clubs
View the number of clubs that a student has been involved in during the period you select for your selected clubs.

View the attendance rate for individual students across clubs within a specific period. Also, view PP and SEN data

In this report you are able to view the specific names of clubs linked to students

Involvement Statistics by Students
View participation information as both totals and percentages across all areas. You can view data for PP, SEN, the number of students eligible to take part and well as percentages

Club Booking Summary
This report will enable you to view the booking responses for a specific club, select if you would like to see all responses (accepted, rejected, pending) or just a status of your choosing. View all information from students name to medical information as well as their priority status for the club

Club participation by number
An aggregated report showing the number of students taking part in clubs and activities across school forms, age groups or key stages within the period. The data is shown for students taking part in one club, two clubs, three and more clubs.

Fixture Participation by Students
View the number of fixtures that a student has been involved in during the period you select. Also, get information on PP and SEN students.

Availability Reports Summary

Basic Team sheet
A report that enables you to see basic information about team participants. If you are using this team sheet for putting it on the school board you may choose to hide full student surnames.

Student Participation Events
View all the activity data relating to a student of your choice, see what events they have taken part in for fixtures and / or tournaments as well as viewing all of the club events they have participated in.

Event score cards
Print out a score card containing all the important details like start time, venue and team names

Tournament Participation Confirmation Summary
Get a report with all details contained in the responses to your tournament confirmation request.

Member Schools Participation Tournaments (As part of an area team)
Member schools participation in tournaments where their children are / were taking part as part of an area team. This report will enable you to see the full details of the tournaments related to your union member schools (only tournaments where a consolidated area team is / was taking part is counted).

View the full list of students involved in a selected tournament as well as details of those who have been added to the tournament teams and / or events.

Print out the score cards for all of the events created within the selected tournament. We have already adapted them to fit the page when fitted, all you need is just generating the cards and print them out. You can also choose the game schedule for the tournaments that will . be displayed on a separate sheet.
