Teachers calendar view

There are three options for the teacher view and these are dependent upon your school settings;

1. View all events – The whole calendar
2. View events for a certain sport – You can add sports to a teachers role, then they will only be able to see events that are of this sport type, please note they will need to be linked to all sport types you need for example, ‘football’ and ‘football (mt)’
3. View events they are added to – You can tag staff members into events to enable them to get notifications, you can manage it so that events they are tagged in are the only events they can see.
