What do I click when I get a warning message about notifications?

When signing up via the Squad in Touch app you will get a pop up notification that will enable you to receive notifications via the Squad in Touch app.

Previous I logged out prior to requesting access, how do I do this?
Next I clicked no when signing up to receiving notifications, however now I would like to receive them via the app
