Event details

Once you have created an event you are able to then edit information and add further details.
To edit the main information such as; Age range / Date / Time / venue, you can do this by going into the fixture and clicking on the edit pencil to the right of the event name

Once you edit any of this information, anyone involved within the fixture who has a Squad in Touch account – Staff, Parents, Students – will get a notification to let them know that information has been updated.

If you would like to add further information then you can scroll down to the bottom of the fixture page and enter information on the ‘Details’ tab, you can add;

  1. Staff and / or Coach names – note, in adding their name here you are tagging them in the event so they will get notifications of any changes
  2. Meet time / Leave time / Return time / Lunch time / Tea time
  3. Event Information
  4. Kit notes
  5. Comments
