Assigning User tags

You can assign as many user tags to one user as you need, follow the steps below to show you how to assign them;

  1. Go to and select ‘Users’
  2. Click into your chosen user type – All users, Staff, Students, Governors / Trustees.
  3. Then select your chosen sers, you can use the filter system if you like however please ensure once you have checked a user don’t change the filer as this will un-check the users you have already checked.
  4. Click ‘Actions’ > ‘Assign User Tag’ and select your chosen tags.
